With more than 100 scheduled events per annum, Galway City Museum’s programme of events caters for a variety of audiences and interests, comprising gallery tours, illustrated talks, art and craft workshops, art classes and evening lectures. In association with Cruit Éireann, the Galway harping community celebrate Ireland’s national instrument with an open concert, including the following Galway harpers and their students: Kathleen Loughnane, Holly Geraghty, Úna Ní Fhlannagáin, Floriane Blancke and Áine Ní Shioradáin on modern Irish harp; Kathleen Burke on pedal harp; Natalie Surina and Maura Uí Chróinín on historical harps.

ADMISSION: Free |  OPENING TIMES: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00 and from Easter to end of September on Sundays: 12:00 to 17:00 (Exhibitions close at 16:45)
