Join curators Eithne Verling and Sybil Curley for this special gallery tour of MONUMENT, an exhibition that investigates some of Europe’s most impressive stone monuments located on some of Europe’s smallest islands. With a primary focus on the stone forts of the Aran Islands in Galway Bay, the exhibition represents the communities that created these massive monuments and works with the scientists and scholars who have investigated them – focusing on what has endured and what has been lost.
