In recent years, the long lost tradition of lace-making in Headford, which dates to the 1700s, has been rediscovered and reestablished by the local community. Join members of the Headford Lace Project as they share the history of the craft, its impact on their locality, both socially and economically, and their hopes for its future.

Galway City Museum opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm.  Admission is FREE!
